Installation methods:
1. Core material should be handled with care, so as not to damage the sidewalls and the inner core.
2. Sweep the dust on the U glass inner wall.
3. Check whether the core material is damaged, coated with dust, trimmed, or processed.
4. Core material truncation: Truncate and stitch the core material on clean operating platform. First draw a line with esquadro，then use wallpaper knife to cut it, which should be neat. The length of the core material should be 5-10 mm less than that of the U-shaped glass.
5. Core material stitching: stitching should be carried out on specific stitching shelves, in vertical direction. Special tape should be pasted on both sides; the core material should be bounded with a special adhesive bonding. There should be no clear trace after stitching when we put the material on a flat and clean platform.
6. Installation: Core material can be pushed in horizontally or inserted in vertically. Core material must not be in free fall in the U-shaped glass, which will damage the core material.
